Princess is our friendly mini poodle! She instantly makes friends with everyone and greets you with a little puppy love when you see her! We rescued her in 2013. She recently discovered her love of squeaky toys and keeps us entertained playing with them! Lucy is our chihuahua/jack russel mix who we rescued in 2013 as well! She is a bit selective in who she considers her friends, but once she gets to know you, all she wants to do is cuddle! We rescued Maggie in 2016. She is a 12 year old black standard poodle who is a little lover! They occasionally join us on our adventures with our students. We love these little idiots!

Limitless Transition Services

Nicole has been working in Special Education for nearly 10 years. She has been the Special Education Director at two High Schools in the Salt Lake Area. She also contracts with the state of Utah to help schools solve complex problems within their special education departments.Through her years of experience, Nicole noticed that students weren't being taught necessary life skills to be successful adults, like how to communicate effectively, build healthy relationships as well as how to manage finances and contribute to their community. With that in mind, Nicole created Limitless Transition Services. Nicole has created many programs to help students excel not only in their school work but in life! One of her favorite programs, Lunchtime Rockability, is a time where students can come to her classroom and relieve stress, bond with peers and increase social skills through music! You will find her on the drums, at the mic or most commonly surrounded by students teaching them chords on the guitar or passing out kazoos! You will always see her smiling and laughing as she creates a positive, safe environment for "her kids". Nicole lives in Midvale UT with her wife and their two rescue dogs Princess and Lucy. She enjoys paddle boarding, going for bike rides, playing music and cooking.

Annie has been with Limitless Transition Services for about a year. The majority of her work history has been in healthcare, specifically working in pain management and drug detox. She felt a strong need to change career paths to helping youth and joined Limitless! She brings with her an undergraduate education in interpersonal communication, she is a certified mediator and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Leadership. Annie is passionate about helping people become their best selves. Annie also lives in Midvale, UT with her two rescue dogs and Wife Nicole. She enjoys being at the beach, riding bikes, going to concerts and being surrounded by the people she loves.

Limitless Transition Services offers a weekly social networking club for young adults. Each week we focus on social skills, personal growth, and life skills in an experiential format. These experiences and activities encompass everything from music/art therapy (equipment provided), to restaurant visits, bowling, organized workout sessions, hiking, ski trips with instructor, paddle boarding, indoor rock climbing and much more. The interests of the group shape our activities. Our partners, Music and Movement, ( host an annual surf/paddle boarding camp in Encinitas, California. Other trips may be planned as appropriate, and are an opportunity for participants to learn important life skills such as fund raising, organizing, saving money, cooperation, as well as personal responsibility and accountability. LTS can assist current students recover missing credits needed for graduation. To help ensure graduation for every student, LTS is pleased to offer a tutoring program for schools and students. After graduation LTS continues support in an effort to help every young adult find success.
